Return Policy & Warranty
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Please contact us.
To ensure a successful return, please make sure that the product is in like-new condition, and that you ship it back disassembled and in the original packaging/box. All Items will be inspected after return and you will receive your refund within 3-7 Business Days. We charge a restocking fee equal to 15% of your paid value.
If you do not have the original box, the restocking fee is 20%.
Return Conditions: Returns must be in like-new condition and will be inspected after return. (We will not accept returns if the item is damaged, has stains, scratches or any other apparent signs of use.
cannot be cancelled after production begins. Under certain circumstances, a cancellation may be approved but may also incur a restocking charge.
WRONG ITEM, DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS
If you receive the wrong products or your order has missing or damaged parts, please contact us immediately and not later than 3 days after delivery and we will send a replacement part.
Please provide proof and documentation of damage or wrong items. Our Team will help you with the return/exchange process. Please contact us.
Once we approve your return request, we will send you the return shipping address.
10 Year Warranty on all structural and mechanical components for up to 300 pounds.
Fabric and foam are warranted against wear through and deterioration for five years, if the product was used for the intended purpose.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately but not later than 3 days after delivery and we will send a replacement part or help with the return/exchange.
If you have any issues with your ordered products, that fall under our warranty, we will organize replacement parts, repairs or a complete replacement.
